Processing your order
All orders from Olina Krafty Creations are handmade with care and processed in the sequence they are received. Please allow 3–7 business days for us to prepare your order before it ships. During busy seasons, you might experience slightly longer processing times, but we always strive to get your creations to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping costs and tracking
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your specific location in Raleigh, North Carolina, or beyond, and the shipping carrier you select. We partner with trusted carriers like USPS to ensure reliable delivery. Once your unique order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your door.
Delivery and special considerations
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected carrier. Most U.S. orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment. Please be aware that any delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier are beyond our control.
Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realize an incorrect address was entered, please contact us immediately. Orders that have already shipped cannot be rerouted.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: Once your package is scanned by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping service. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours so we can assist you with filing a claim.
Preorders & Custom Items: Custom items, specialty tumblers, and personalized products may require additional processing time due to their unique nature. Any extended timeframes will be clearly stated on the respective product page.
Subscriptions: Subscription orders ship once per month. If a subscription shipment is delayed, we will notify you promptly via email.
