CUSTOM ORDER POLICY
Full payment is required before supplies are ordered or production begins. Approved larger group/business orders may use a deposit of at least 50%, sufficient to cover supplies; the balance is due before pressing.
Allow 10–15 business days after payment (or an approved deposit), confirmed order details, and final design approval. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping is additional. Large or specialty orders may take longer. Late balance payments may delay completion.
Review all sizes, colors, spelling, and designs carefully. Changes after approval may affect pricing and timing. Once supplies are ordered or production begins, cancellation refunds may be reduced by costs incurred. Returns/exchanges for customer-selected sizes or approved design details are not accepted. Contact me promptly about damage, defects, or order errors.
Event dates and rush orders require advance confirmation; rush fees may apply. This form requests a quote. It does not collect payment or reserve a production slot.
